PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES
Section 1.
The purpose of the National Circus Preservation society is to develop, promote, and advance infomration and knowledge for a better understanding of the American Circus, and to preserve the circus as part of American history.
Section 2.
To encourage and foster the captive propagation of the endangered species and other performing and exhibition animals by circus trainers and breeders.
Section 3.
To cultivate and encourage the humane handling, care, and highest standards of medical attention to all circus animals.
Section 4.
To encourage reasonable and practical legislation, rules and regulation which protect the health and well-being of circus animals.
Section 5.
To create and foster public opinion favorable to the objectives and purposes of the society.
Section 6.
To do everything and anything reasonable and lawfully necessary, proper, suitable or convenient for the achievement of the purposes stated, or for any of them, of for the furtherance of said purposes.
