Actor Pat O'Brien made honorary ring master

In the late 70's, actor Pat O'Brien is presented with a ringmaster's whistle, and a proclamation is made by ringmaster Jimmy James on the Clyde Beatty Cole Bros. Circus. The show was playing the same town in Virginia outside Washington D. C., where Mr. O'Brien was appearing in a theater
