2007 Circus Fans Association Convention T-Shirts The logo for the 2007 CFA Convention, featuring Grandma from Big Apple Circus, was created by Dominique Jando. His depiction captured the essence of Grandma's wry sense of humor with a chocolate kiss perched on top of her curly hair. Dominique joined the Big Apple Circus in 1983 and spent nineteen years as its Associate Artistic Director. Prior to his departure from BAC he authored Big Apple Circus 25 Years featuring Grandma and Ned the elephant on the cover. A historian of circus and other popular entertainment, he has published four other books and written many articles on these subjects, both in Europe and the United States.
