Curtis has been a member of CFA for 55 years. When receiving the ceremonial bull hook, a symbol of the CFA Office of President, Curtis said, “I am honored to lead this great organization and hope that under my term of office the horizons of CFA can be expanded.” When he was a youngster, Curtis tells the story of going to see Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey while it was playing Philadelphia in 1951.
