Former Ringling Brothers Ringmaster Harold Ronk passed away, at 5:50 AM on Wedndesday, August 2, 2006 at the Graham Hospital, in Canton Illinois. He was 85.

Mr. Ronk had a thirty year career as a Ringmaster with Ringling Brothers. He has been credited as being the Circus' first Singing Ringmaster. Possesing a powerful baritone voice, Mr. Ronk became known as the "Legendary Voice of the Circus". He retired from the Circus in 1981.
